If this still doesn't work try running it manually by navigating to the CD-ROM drive using Windows explorer and then double-click on the filename of your Funky Hand CD (you'll find this on the back of the packet).

  • Will you be attending my local craft fair/show?

No. Funky Hand don’t do retail shows at the moment.

  • I saw your demonstration on TV but I can't find the same colour papers that you used on my CD, can you help?

Each TV demostration is created from a colour collection on the featured CD, however there are a number of factors that may make the tones appear slightly different for you. These could be the colour and contrast settings on your TV, the colour and contrast settings on your computer monitor, or the quality and type of printer, ink or paper that you print with.

  • Can you give me some advice on which paper or printer to buy?

We haven’t done extensive testing of printers or paper so we don’t know what’s best, but we can tell you what Anice uses. She has a Canon Pixma iP4600 printer and she usually buys her paper and card from the Paper Mill shop. As a rule always use the best quality paper that you can get as your backing papers will only be as good as the paper you use!

  • I love Funky Hand CDs and downloads and I just want to tell you!

That’s lovely, thank you very much. We’d love it even more if you shared your views with other crafters by posting a review of the product you like. Simply login to your account, then find the CD or download that you want to review, and click the ‘Reviews’ or ‘Write review’ button.

  • Can I join your design team?

From time-to-time Anice invites applications for new DT members on her blog so we'd recommend subscribing to it to make sure you don't miss the next call-out.

  • I've downloaded some papers but I can't find them on my computer, can you help?

If you're using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer click this link to an article that explains how to find your file:

If you still have difficulty then just login to your account and your downloads will be waiting for you in 'My Account'. If you don't know your password or you haven't created one yet just put in your email address and click 'Forgot your password?' and the website will send you one (you can change it to something memorable once you're logged in).

Remember, if you do download again, choose 'Save' not 'Open' from the dialog box and make a note of the folder that you choose to save to.
